Words/Music – Rand Anderson

Electricity Lights flash and speakers boom

Freaky and so sneaky

Getting down across the room

Around and round she goes

Watch her twist and twirl

Dancing to the music

She’s the swirly girl

Swirly girl, she’s dynamite

Swirly girl, the girl’s out of sight

Swirly girl, all day and night

Swirly girl

Another pretty face from many worlds away

A golden road to stardust

A small time cabaret

Underneath the lights where everyone can see

Her poetry in motion so natural and free

Freaky little swirly girl let me be your boogie man

I will give you everything and do the best I can

Not to loose my head when your out running round

Sneaky little swirly girl always getting down

With every boy in town

Insecurity stains her favorite dress

Underneath the surface her life’s a broken mess

The center of attention in the heart of jealousy

Will she ever be true to only me

Freaky little swirly girl let me be your boogie man

I will give you everything and do the best I can

Not to loose my head when your out running round

Sneaky little swirly girl always getting down

With every boy in town

Turning all the tricks

Talking all the jive

Life in the big city

Just trying to survive

She found no love or friend ship

In seeking fortune’s fame

But her legend lives forever

As the candle eats the flame

Swirly girl, she’s dynamite

Swirly girl, the girl’s out of sight

Swirly girl, all day and night

Swirly girl
